Delicious and rich food: The unique dining experience at the villa's own restaurant reminded me of a culinary adventure through time, where each dish was like a masterpiece painted by a renowned artist.
Room cleaning frequency: While my stay at the villa was pleasant, the lack of daily room cleaning came as a surprise. Over the course of four nights, my room was not cleaned even once.

The villa is a charming historical building with a modern touch. Stunning Tatra mountain views. Convenient location with cute cafes, restaurants, and ski slopes nearby. Perfect for horse riding and hiking/biking. Lovely potted plants and pictures add to the cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed skiing and hiking in the surroundings.
Oh, how I loved the plastic undersheet on the bed! Such a sweat-inducing experience.

Title: Great Family Stay in Zakopane
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more children's activities available at the hotel. While our kids enjoyed the stay and exploring Zakopane, they wished there were more organized activities specifically for them.

I absolutely loved the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel. The purist wood decorations and accessories added to the feeling of warmth and coziness. As a senior woman, I appreciated how the hotel was designed with a combination of tradition and innovative approach, making it easy for me to navigate around. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and the accessibility for senior people was excellent. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the water in the bathroom could heat up faster and be hotter. The weak water pressure made it difficult to have a quick shower.

I chose this hotel for a networking event, and it proved to be the perfect starting point for exploring the town's hidden gems. The location was excellent and the facilities provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
One service that I missed for my work was a business center or a designated work area. It would have been beneficial to have a dedicated space for meetings or work-related activities.

The location of the hotel is perfect for adventure travelers as it gives easy access to the mountain area for walking and hiking. the hotel is close to a store which opens early in the morning. the cleanliness of the rooms and their spaciousness, with a private balcony are some of the advantages that guarantee a comfortable stay. the breakfast is tasty and highly recommended by guests.
The hot water system in the bathroom isn't great, with low pressure and it takes a while to heat up.

The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. there was a nice breakfast menu with a range of tasty options to choose from. the location was great since I could easily access the main centers for meetings and events.
The rooms were quite small and the bed took up most of the space, making it difficult to move around. the shower head was also problematic and needed fixing.

The breakfast was quite good and had some variety. , the location of the hotel was ideal being at walking distance to the main shopping and dining areas. the in-room entertainment such as the TV and the Wi-Fi signal was quite strong.
The room was very small and cramped, I felt like I was suffocating in there. The bed was too big for the room size which left very little space for anything else.
